Requirements :

• - Minimum age of 25 years old.

• - Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major with a minimum GPA of 2.70.

Job Descriptions :

• - Plan, direct, and supervise the operations of Area Supervisors, Showroom Supervisors, and Sales Promotion Girls (SPG) across showrooms and counters.
• - Ensure all operational activities strictly comply with company standards.
• - Monitor and evaluate team performance to consistently achieve sales targets.
• - Manage and control stock inventory to maintain accuracy and proper condition.
• - Oversee the implementation of loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage/loss.
• - Develop and execute effective, targeted promotional strategies.
• - Establish strong coordination and communication across all operational team members.
