• • Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Fashion, Business, Management, Communication, or related fields
• • Minimum 1 year experience in retail fashion (fresh graduate with strong potential are welcome)
• • Strong interest in fashion trends and retail business
• • Able to handle multi-department operations
• • Possess basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• • Able to work under pressure, target-oriented, and fast-paced environment
• • Good communication skills, confident, and professional appearance
• • Willing to undergo training and placement as required by the company

• Job Description
• • Participate in structured training and job rotation across all departments (Operations, Sales, VM, Marketing, etc.)
• • Support and learn to handle all departments to ensure smooth store operations
• • Monitor sales performance, store targets, and daily operational activities
• • Assist in planning and executing promotional and marketing activities
• • Analyze market trends, including fashion trends and customer behavior
• • Support visual merchandising and ensure store display aligns with brand standards
• • Assist in creating basic design materials (promotion, social media, in-store)
• • Coordinate with teams and support problem-solving in operational issues
• • Prepare to be developed into a future Assistant General Manager role
