Requirements :

• Qualifications
• - Minimum age of 25 years old
• - Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major (minimum GPA 2.7)
• - At least 1 year of experience as a Leader / Supervisor / Coordinator, preferably in retail fashion or footwear
• - Strong leadership, communication skills, and target-oriented mindset
• - Able to work under pressure in a dynamic work environment
• - Willing to travel for business trips (mobile area)
• - Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta

• Job Description
• - Manage and ensure smooth store operations (showroom & counter)
• - Lead, direct, and control the performance of Store Supervisors and Sales Promotion Girls (SPG)
• - Ensure sales targets are achieved through effective strategies
• - Control inventory stock and minimize losses (loss prevention)
• - Maintain store standards and visual appearance in line with brand guidelines
• - Act as a liaison between Head Office and operational teams in the field
• - Support manpower needs (SPG/SPB recruitment)
• - Conduct performance evaluations and team development
• - Manage and develop reseller channels to increase sales
